ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS:-

• Finished levels. We are happy to provide a coloured cut and fill diagram which will provide you with a comprehensive guide.

POINTS OF INTEREST:-
The coastal walk track which is currently completed from the corner of Potters Hill Road to Anderson, will continue along the Phillip Island Road to the San Remo township.

FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT & LEGAL:-
• A pro forma contract and Section 32 is available at any time and may be collected from our office or can be emailed to you or your legal representative to look over.
• A total of 5% deposit of the purchase price is required to secure a block. This can be made up of an initial $1,000 deposit with the balance within 14 days of signing the contracts or you can pay the whole 5% immediately upon signing the contracts following the advice of your conveyancer.
• Settlement is expected around April/May 2017. Accordingly, contracts will provide for settlement at the end of April/May 2017 or within 14 days from the issue of title whichever is the later.
